Impact Platform
The green, biophilic, volunteering-focused social-impact identity of VOGANIS.
Today
What we are doing
Evergreen is just being founded; here we describe only the work actually under way.
Platform and impact measurement
We are building the platform architecture and the measurement infrastructure that will track each program’s impact against defined indicators.
First programs
We are designing our first programs; each one sets out with a measurable definition of its contribution.
Our own way of working
In our own operations we work digital-first and without waste, building a routine that does not rely on paper or unnecessary consumption.
The volunteer network
We are preparing the volunteer network for the first field days; those who want to take part can already leave their registration.
Our First Program
The Root Program
In designAs our first program, this is what we are designing: every completed VOGANIS project leaves a root to nature.
A sapling is planted
For each completed project, a sapling of a native species is planted in the client’s name.
It is recorded
The place and date of the planting are recorded; each sapling is matched to a project.
It is tracked openly
The sapling’s story is tracked openly on Evergreen; an Open Ledger connection is planned for financial transparency.
Why we find this idea strong
A natural tie to the work itself: the contribution is not a separate campaign but the natural outcome of every project.
Measurability: each sapling’s place, date, and story is individually on record.
An honest scale without show: as many roots as completed projects — told with nothing added and nothing left out.
The Idea Garden
What we are thinking about
Not programs yet — ideas still in seed form. The ones that mature move into design; the rest wait here in the open.
- At the idea stage
The Living Corridor
Micro-greening on tradespeople’s streets: each business adopts a tree or a pocket garden, and its care is shared with the neighborhood.
- At the idea stage
The Rural Life Forest
A fruit forest of native species in a pilot village, with nature education run together with the village school.

The Breathing Mall
Green Living Center
An integrated model that turns closed-box malls at risk of going idle into Green Living Centers that live with nature, generate their own energy, and stay alive around the clock.
The model’s five pillars and projections
Architectural Transformation and Biophilic Design — The closed box opens into a daylit street format with vertical gardens and water features.
Solar Energy and Smart Charging — A rooftop solar plant feeds fast charging in the parking structure; with "Scan Your Receipt", spending converts into free charging time.
Mixed Use and the 24/7 Third Place — Vacated anchor space becomes co-working, library, and cultural uses; the mall lives as a 24/7 square for the neighborhood.
Artificial Intelligence and Smart Mobility — AI-assisted Zero-Stress Parking; micromobility stations that reward visitors arriving by green transport.
Investor Value Model — Dwell time versus sales, lower energy costs, and real-estate appreciation framed as a distinct value model.
The figures below are model projections, not guarantees; results for each property are studied separately with an on-site analysis.
1% → ~1.3%
The model projects that each 1% increase in time spent in biophilic and shared spaces translates into roughly 1.3% in retail sales.
3-5 years
With incentive and grant optimization, the model projects investment payback within 3 to 5 years.
24 months
The transformation is managed end to end as a 24-month program without interrupting the mall’s commercial life.
12 people
The program is carried by a 12-person consulting team of architects, sustainability engineers, leasing strategists, data analysts, and health-and-safety managers.

The Nature School
A nature-literacy program for children and young people, drawing on VOGANIS’s experience in education.
Ways to Take Part
How we can contribute to nature
We want to answer this question together; three paths are open today.
Volunteer
The first field days will be announced; if you want to join, you can leave your registration now.
Register as a volunteerBecome a partner
Institutions pair up with a program: we plan the resources and effort together and track the outcome together.
Write about a partnershipBring an idea
The idea garden is open to everyone; if you have a proposal that touches nature, we would like to hear it.
Write your idea
We do not narrate a contribution we have not measured.
We build our programs to measurement and reporting standards compatible with international support frameworks, including European Union programmes.
The trail of resources is kept open: what comes from where and goes where stays visible.
